Customer Reviews
Love my new chandelier!
I just received my new crystal chandelier for the dining room and it is absolutely GORGEOUS! The website had so many options, I spent hours browsing. It arrived perfectly packaged, no damage at all, and much sooner than I expected. Installation was tricky because it's so big, but it was worth it. It sparkles beautifully and totally transforms the room. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Got my new pendant lights!
So, I finally decided to upgrade the pendant lighting over my kitchen island and checked out 1800Lighting. Found some really nice modern pendants that fit my style perfectly. The pictures online were super accurate, which was a relief. They got here pretty quick, like within a week, which was cool. Installation was a bit of a project but that's on me, not them. They look awesome though, totally changed the vibe of the kitchen. I'd definitely tell my friends to check them out if they need lights.
Smooth experience with a minor hiccup
I recently purchased a new flush mount ceiling light for our hallway. The ordering process on their website was very intuitive, and I appreciated the detailed product descriptions and multiple images. Shipping took exactly 6 days to get to my address in Ohio, which was within their estimated timeframe. The light fixture itself is well-made and provides excellent illumination. My only small complaint is that the included mounting screws felt a bit flimsy; I ended up using my own for a more secure fit. Otherwise, everything arrived intact, and the fixture looks fantastic once installed. I'd recommend them for selection and quality, just double-check the hardware.
Easy purchase, quick shipping
Bought a new desk lamp. Website was simple to use. Shipping was fast. Product arrived in good condition. Happy with the purchase.
Good quality, delivery took a while
I ordered a set of outdoor wall lights for our patio. The fixtures themselves are very solid and look great, exactly as pictured on the website. Installation was straightforward. My only slight issue was the shipping; it took about 8 business days to arrive, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores I use regularly. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, I got good value for the price, but they could probably improve on delivery times.

Hey, thinking of getting a new chandelier for my dining room. How long does shipping usually take to, like, Austin, Texas?
Does 1800Lighting ever do big sales? I'm looking at a pretty expensive ceiling fan and hoping to catch a deal.
Considering 1800Lighting for some kitchen island pendants, but also looking at Lamps Plus. Anyone have experience comparing the two, like on quality or price match stuff?
Are their returns a hassle? What if I get a fixture and it's not quite right for my space?
